Problem
Manually managing goals and bonuses for large teams lacks practicality and transparency, consuming significant time and hindering transaction data control
An entrepreneur manages several businesses that, combined, form a large team of employees. Many work with goals and bonuses, generating a high volume of transactions. Managing this information manually takes up a significant part of his time.
Solution
A platform that automates the batch distribution of incentive rewards and bonuses, centralizing data for reporting and compliance management
Consolidate all processes on a single platform
Transfer credits to all rewarded employees with simplicity and security.
View and manage your transactions quickly and centrally.
Carry out all processes securely and in compliance with current legislation.

Deliver rewards simply and without bureaucracy
Use credits to facilitate monetary transfers between different institutions.
Reward a large number of employees in a single operation.
Reverse a reward quickly in case of a processing error.

Track and control all transaction data
Monitor every payment in real time, with complete history and auditable reports.
Review the details of every transaction already made in your account.
Verify the purpose of each reward granted.

User interview
Companies want to reward their employees, but to do so, they need automation and legal compliance
This was a project with a very tight deadline, so I adopted a lean UX research methodology combining secondary research with lightweight validation: I conducted a competitive analysis of CashIn (the client's primary benchmark), performed desk research across app store reviews, customer complaints, and social listening on both CashIn and its competitors; built a proto-persona grounded in tribal knowledge from internal stakeholders (sales, customer support, founders); and validated these assumptions through a short survey and rapid guerrilla interviews with real users to surface the key pain points and jobs-to-be-done.

AI support
Claude and Gemini supported the synthesis of publicly available CashIn data, helped structure the proto-persona derived from the stakeholder workshop, accelerated the analysis of survey responses and guerrilla interview findings, and enhanced the communication of final insights to stakeholders.
Design
Planing + Sketching + Testing
Given the project's tight development timeline, it was necessary to conduct a thorough process of defining the information architecture and user story mapping in order to optimize MVP production and ensure the platform's launch deadline was met.

AI support
To speed up the process and improve the composition of elements in wireframes, I used Figma AI's ready-made layouts to generate visual references and screen composition ideas. This helped test different hierarchies of information without having to draw each variation from scratch.

Testing
Project interruption due to regulatory obstacles
With the screens finalized in Figma, the project would move into the testing phase, in which I would act as product owner responsible for validating the workflow and identifying bugs. However, due to regulatory requirements applicable to platforms handling banking transactions in Brazil, the project was suspended for an indefinite period.
Lessons
What I'll do differently next time
Project conditions do not always allow for the execution of the ideal process. While the initial intent is to apply the most comprehensive methodology, time and resource constraints frequently limit that choice. In light of this, professionals must master a range of strategies and maintain the flexibility needed to apply them according to the demands of each context.
Adapting to the team's dynamics is essential. Mapping the workflow, as well as the team's strengths and limitations, is indispensable for mitigating operational bottlenecks and ensuring project efficiency.
Maximizing knowledge exchange. In this project, I worked alongside a senior developer who, even in a brief period, introduced me to Tailwind. Subsequent study of this tool allowed me to optimize my workflow, resulting in more organized and standardized design deliverables.
